Flash can be used for a complete site or just as an intro, menu or presentation within a normal web page. The above little movie is just 22k and starts playing immediately.

Although using flash may not directly help you to sell more it can enhance your visitors experience and can be a lot of fun. It is ideal for an entertainment site or you want to just stand out from the crowd.

Most of your visitors will have flash installed on their computer so will be able to view your flash presentation. For those that do not want to view a Flash Intro you can have a simple "Skip Intro" button. If you have a complete site using Flash you may want to give your customers the choice to view the Flash site or a standard html site.

Although creating a complete Flash site can be time consuming using an existing template can reduce the cost dramatically. Depending on how much modification is required it can cost only a little more than an html site.
